1. Lay down on your back. 
2. Put your hands behind your back. 
3. Bend your legs to a 90 degrees angle. 
The soles of your feet should be flat on the ground now. 
4. Now raise and lower your upper body.
5. Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way down.
If you can, do 4 sets of 50 repetitions each set.
